This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I gave my wife's brand-new Meena Bazaar saree for dry cleaning after it had been worn only once. Washcraft kept it for around 1.5 weeks and returned it without properly cleaning it. Instead, the saree had burn marks and multiple holes.
Within 30–40 minutes, we personally visited the store and showed the damage. They took the saree back and assured us it would be resolved.
After another two weeks, we visited the store again. The saree was opened in front of their staff, and to our shock, it had even more holes than before. They again took it back, asked for the purchase bill (which we provided), and then kept us waiting for almost two months. They stopped picking the calls also.
When they finally returned the saree, it was damaged even further. We opened it in front of their staff once again, and sareer condition was worst this time.
Instead of accepting responsibility, we were told, "Sir, nahi ho payega," and they even blamed the quality of the saree, despite it being a genuine Meena Bazaar saree. Their attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, they offered a ₹1,500 service voucher as compensation. Why would I trust Washcraft with any more of my clothes after they repeatedly damaged an expensive saree? A voucher cannot replace a damaged garment, nor does it compensate for months of harassment, repeated store visits, wasted time, and the complete lack of accountability.
My experience with Washcraft has been extremely disappointing. If you value your expensive or sentimental clothes, I strongly recommend thinking twice before using their services.

First of all, we were never informed that the stains could not be removed. Your staff clearly told us the saree would be cleaned, and that is the only reason we trusted you with a brand-new saree after just one use.
Not a single stain was removed. Instead, you returned the saree with burn marks and multiple holes, causing irreversible damage. Now, after keeping our saree for almost two months, you are trying to justify your negligence with false and misleading statements.
If you had been honest from the beginning and informed us about any risks, we would never have handed over such an expensive saree. Instead of accepting responsibility, you are making excuses and trying to protect your reputation.
Shame on you, Washcraft. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We hope no other customer has to go through such a disappointing and irresponsible experience.
