In case of loss/damage to a cloth, the said loss/damage should be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery. WashCraft will try to rectify the damage. In the event of process damage; WashCraft’s liability is limited to 10 times of the amount of the service availed for the particular garment, the same will be reimbursed to your Wallet/ account within 15 working days post confirmation from WashCraft.
In the event of wrong payments/ Double payment, Customer shall intimate the same to the WashCraft through the WashCraft website/mobile app/customer care. Upon verification of the same WashCraft shall refund the same to the respective Customer’s Wallet/Account within 15 working days.
